Club Focus was launched in July 2009 by Sue and Chris Cornish, with the help of a young photography graduate from Finland called Tatjaana Morton.
Sue’s vision was to create a camera club that would enable people to learn about photography and photo editing in a friendly and fun environment.She also wanted the club to be non-competitive, which was a unique and innovative idea.
In July 2011 Sue and Chris decided to hand over the running of the club to a committee, who were elected by members, and this committee is continuing the ethos set by Sue and Chris and building on those early foundations.
